Workshops, listening circles, co-creation journeys, and transformative experiences. We believe in the power of encounter to cultivate possible futures. We design and facilitate transformative experiences that strengthen bonds and promote deep dialogue. Through workshops, co-creation journeys, and listening circles, we create safe spaces for exchange and genuine collaboration. Our approach is an invitation to confront contradictions and build solutions together, honoring collective wisdom. We facilitate processes that allow groups and organizations to navigate complex challenges, aligning purposes and empowering collective action for social transformation.
Participatory research
We investigate with, not about, territories, communities, and organizations.
For us, knowledge is produced with, not about, people. We work alongside communities, organizations, and territories to investigate their own realities. Our methodologies, such as margin-centered design, ensure that historically marginalized voices are at the center of the process. We investigate for action, generating learnings that serve as a basis for change. More than data, we produce new narratives and strengthen the capacity of the groups themselves to generate knowledge, ensuring that solutions emerge from those who experience the problem.
Design of solutions and public policies
We translate complexity into concrete action using visual and participatory methodologies. Alongside governments and organizations, we co-create strategies, programs, and public policies that address urgent social challenges. We use visual and collaborative tools to materialize ideas and align diverse visions into a common action plan. Our process ensures that solutions are not only innovative but also feasible and deeply connected to real needs. Our goal is to design systems that promote social justice and the redistribution of power, building more desirable and dignified futures for all people.
